I joined U3A Ramblers when I retired,to try to promote a healthy lifestyle and see the countryside. I became a countryside volunteer and pathcare warden with Monmouthshire County Council, which encourages you to take more exercise!
I then became involved with the first walking festival which was a great experience and hope to see it go from strength to strength.
