We would like you to join us in the exploration of our local heritage. You will find out about the past, who the people were, where they lived and how they went about their daily lives. You will also be able to take pleasure discovering the villages and countryside with their antique treasures and evidence of pre-history habitation.
The Resource Secretary is interested in family history enquiries. These usually come in from all over the UK and often from America and Australasia. Queries of any description are passed on to an appropriate member who will reply, usually within 2 weeks. We would like receive your ideas for talks and walks and information about study days, exhibitions, meetings and so on, with details of date, time, place and contact number.
