Description: A circuit of Sugarloaf and Bryn Arw, with steep ascents and descents. Not for the faint hearted, be prepared for hail storms and sunshine.
Terrain: Public footpaths over steep terrain, very little road walking.
For your rucksack: Packed lunch, water/drink and of course a camera.
